3. How can I get a refund?

To request a refund, please follow these steps:

  1. Contact us at youthylabUSA@gmail.com within 30 days of receiving your item.
  2. Provide us with your order details and reason for the refund.
  3. We will guide you through the return process and provide you with the necessary instructions.
  4. Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you of the refund status.
  5. If approved, the refund will be processed within 10 business days and credited back to your original payment method.

4. Can I return a personalized item?

Unfortunately, personalized items cannot be returned unless they are defective or damaged upon arrival. Please contact us immediately if you receive a personalized item with any issues.

5. What items are not eligible for return?

The following items are not eligible for return:

  • Custom products (such as special orders or personalized items)

6. How long does it take to process a refund?

7. What is the European Union cooling off period?

If your merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. Please ensure that the item is in the same condition as you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You will also need to provide the receipt or proof of purchase.

8. Do you offer exchanges?

Currently, we do not offer direct exchanges. The fastest way to ensure you get the item you want is to return the item you have and make a separate purchase for the new item.

9. How long do I have to request a return?

You have 30 days from the date of receiving your item to request a return.

10. What if more than 15 business days have passed and I haven't received my refund?

If more than 15 business days have passed since we approved your return and you haven't received your refund, please contact us at youthylabUSA@gmail.com and we will assist you in resolving the issue.
